1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Survosay you agree to these Terms. If you are using Survosay on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the activity that happens under your credentials, and the lawful collection of any responses you gather through Survosay.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending unsolicited communications, collecting unlawful data, attempting to break our security, reverse engineering the service, or using it to harass or deceive respondents.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the surveys, questions, and responses you create. You grant Survosay the limited license needed to host, display, process, and analyze that content so we can deliver the service to you.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the current period and the money-back guarantee applies as described on the home page.
6. Disclaimer & liability
Survosay is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survosay’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
