Survosay (“Survosay”, “we”, “our”) provides a conversational survey and quiz platform. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit our site, create an account, or respond to a survey hosted on Survosay.

We collect account details you give us (name, email, workspace settings), survey content you create, responses respondents submit, and basic usage telemetry such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location derived from IP.
3. How we use it
We use this information to operate the service, generate AI-powered insights for your surveys, secure your account, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates you have opted into.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with infrastructure and AI sub-processors strictly to deliver the product, under written contracts that require equivalent protection.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete the personal data Survosay holds about you at any time from your workspace settings, or by contacting us at the address on the contact page.
6. Retention & security
Data is retained while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for backup integrity. Survosay encrypts data in transit and at rest and applies role-based access controls internally.
7. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will notify account holders by email and post the revised version on this page before it takes effect.
